Recovery is a process not an event. It means working hard to get better, It also means learning ways to overcome or adapt to the effects of a stroke. We were always reading to better understand what happened to us. We found that there was not much on recovery because the brain is very complex and still somewhat an unknown muscle. So we investigated both the Eastern and Western Medicines and natural healing. There are no overnight miracles. We do know-Stay Positive! Don’t give up! Try something different every day! Track your doctors and Medications! Eat Healthy! Exercise! Message! Acupuncture! Chiropractic! Talk to others! Sounds overwhelming, we know, but this stuff really works!

The body is an amazing machine! It was made to heal itself. If we take what we have learned through our lives, in the Religious Scriptures, Biology, Chemistry, Health. The basic answers are right in front of us.
