1 Kings, fish are associated with the wisdom of Solomon (5:13). In the Book of Tobit, Tobiah is told, “Cut the fish open and take out its gall, heart and liver and keep them with you...its gall, heart and liver make useful medicines ” (6:3-7). Later, Tobiah uses the fish gall to remove cataracts from his father’s eyes.

Preparation and getting organized

To make your new adjustmentand to eliminate some stress or fear for activties we strongly suggest to prepare and be organized. Make yourself check list prior to travel and public activities. It is important to call the airlines, ball parks, stores, parks prior to going to understand what they offer for the disabled

Muscle health

We have 650 muscles in our body. The muscles within our bodies need stimulation (exercise, oxygen, blood)in order to maintain their function. A well toned muscular system will not only make it easier to perform every day physical tasks, it will also leave you feeling mentally alert and ready for action. So, as stroke survivors, where our muscles need help, we work them thru message, therapy and eating right

Positive thinking is a mental attitude that admits into the mind thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success. It is a mental attitude that expects good and favorable results. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action.
